Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please only book if you're committed to attending. Late cancellations or missed appointments disrupt our nurse's schedule and prevent other clients from receiving the care they need. As a courtesy, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you must cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.
