Angie Spagnolo, RN BSN
Nurse Angie has a passion for helping clients live their best life! From a very young age as a new Nurse, she quickly found her niche in the practice of Nursing. She found her greatest pleasure in Nursing was to advocate and help patients dig deeper in to the root causes of their symptoms and chronic conditions. She always encouraged her patients to ask questions, understand the cause, and consider all options for treating and/or resolving their symptoms and chronic conditions. She has been credited with saving a life or two along the way!
Angie possesses expert IV insertion skills, which she gained through her experience as a former telemetry/cardiac care Nurse and Home Health Nurse.
As a former Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Angie also has a wealth of understanding of traditional medications, including the mechanism of action, side effects, and adverse events. This background has helped her to dive deep in to the field of IV drip hydration and shots as an alternative to traditional medications.
Angie has a great sense of humor and is loved by her clients! She puts everyone at ease with her great personality. Her mission is to not only help her clients live longer but live a longer life full of health!
Dr. Garrett Cuppels, MD
Dr. Garrett Cuppels is the Medical Director of SHINE IV Drip Spa and an accomplished Orthopedic Surgeon with extensive experience in wellness and regenerative medicine. A graduate of Drexel University School of Medicine, Dr. Cuppels has dedicated his career to both orthopedic care and the advancement of innovative therapies such as IV therapy, hormone replacement, and peptide treatments.
Dr. Cuppels’ expertise is central to our practice, ensuring that patients receive the latest, most effective treatments available. His dedication to enhancing patient outcomes through cutting-edge therapies has earned him the respect and trust of colleagues and patients alike.
In medical school, he was honored with the Carnegie Medal for Heroism, and his story of bravery was featured in national media, including Dateline and The Oprah Winfrey Show.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2001, he completed a general surgery internship and an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Miami, where he served as Chief Resident in 2005-2006 and conducted research on soft tissue tumors and rotator cuff tear treatments. He then completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, gaining extensive experience with sports injuries and serving as the team physician for the College of San Mateo, as well as working with the Oakland Raiders and USA Rugby Team.
