If treatment is approved, your prescription will be sent to a licensed pharmacy, where your medication will be prepared and shipped directly to your home. Throughout your treatment, you'll have secure access to your licensed medical provider for follow-up care and treatment recommendations, while continuing to receive education, guidance, and local support from SHINE.

If you prefer a fully online experience, we'll guide you to Altro Health, our trusted clinical partner. Through Altro Health's secure patient portal, you'll create your account, complete your confidential health questionnaire, and submit your treatment request. A licensed medical provider will review your information asynchronously and determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate. If approved, the licensed medical provider may prescribe the medication and dosage best suited to your needs.
Your medication will then be prepared by a licensed pharmacy and shipped directly to your home. Throughout your treatment, you'll communicate securely with your licensed medical provider through the Altro Health patient portal, while continuing to receive education, guidance, and local support from SHINE.

No matter which dosage your licensed medical provider prescribes, your program price remains the same. As your treatment progresses and your dosage changes, you'll never pay more because of a higher prescribed dose.

Is Lab Work Necessary?
Laboratory testing helps the licensed medical provider determine whether treatment is safe and appropriate based on your individual health history. Some medical weight optimization programs may require laboratory testing before treatment begins, while others may not.
If laboratory testing is recommended, the licensed medical provider will provide the necessary laboratory order. You can complete your testing at a convenient laboratory of your choice.

What Happens After I Place My Order?
After completing your purchase, you'll create your secure patient profile and complete your health questionnaire. Depending on your treatment, your licensed medical provider may also request laboratory testing.
Once all required information has been received, your licensed medical provider reviews your case, develops your personalized treatment plan, and, when appropriate, prescribes your medication. Your prescription is then prepared by the pharmacy and shipped directly to your home.
How Long Does It Take to Receive My Medication?
